You can send another user a message in a number of ways:
Go to the ‘Search’ page and press the ‘Chat’ button under a member’s photo. Wait for the Messenger window to appear. Write your message using the corresponding field, then use your keyboard to press ‘Enter’ or, alternatively, press ‘Send’ in the low-right corner of the Messenger block.
Press your avatar (visible in the top-right corner on all site pages) and select ‘Messages’ from the drop-down list. Choose the member you would like to message in the top-left corner, use the corresponding field to enter your message and use your keyboard to press ‘Enter’ or press ‘Send’ in the low-right corner of the Messenger.
Open the profile of a member you would like to message and press ‘Chat’ to the right of their main photo. Wait for the Messenger window to appear. Write your message using the corresponding field, then use your keyboard to press ‘Enter’ or press ‘Send’ in the low-right corner of the Messenger block.
Full Members can send unlimited messages to an unlimited number of members per day. Free members are limited to maximum 5 messages per day to different members and maximum 1 message to a single user.
Your incoming messages can be viewed in a number of ways:
Press ‘Read Message’ when a pop-up notifying you about an incoming message appears
Go to the ‘Search’ page and press the ‘Chat’ button under a member’s photo.
Press your avatar (visible in the top-right corner on all site pages) and select ‘Messages’ from the drop-down list. Choose a member in the top-left corner to see the messages they have sent you.
Every message you receive can belong to a certain type. To view the message types, press the three dots in the top-right corner of the Messenger and select ‘Message Types’ from the drop-down list.
